Do u have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 ?
If u have Then this includes by default Microsoft .Net Framework 1.0,1.1,2.0 and 3.0 etc in it

But u mentioned that u have Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5 sp1 which is a service pack

So i want u to check for whether u have  Microsoft.NET Framework 3.5
If u have it then u need not install Microsoft .Net Framework 1.1
